i can get pair for front in good condition for £70 posted
is this a good deal ?
i have apex front shocks and rear but not fitted yet as i havnt got any springs but was thinking get the coilovers... ?

Dunno the guy is only selling the front? Lol not to fussed as i have apex ones to go on wil just have to get some springs or is it worth just buyin springs and forgeting the coils

Depends what you want from your car.
If your just wanting some lows they go for them
If your wanting good handling then springs/shocks are better imo.

I would highly recommend keeping the Apex shocks and getting a set of springs.
Unless the coilovers have dampening adjustment (which these won't) then i wouldn't entertain them.Ride will be nothing short of shocking.

what springs do you think i should go for because i herd that the apex ones are really firm and hard i dont want them to break my back... could you recommend some cheap ones but goodish?
i also want 50mm as i think 60 may b to low for my 16s to full lock

You don't usually get cheap and good in the same sentance.
However there is a guy on here that will do custom springs. Good prices too iirc

been in a car with jamex/hottuning coilovers and its not too bad. no worse than fk's

Ive had Apex springs and standard shocks on my old Mk4 Astra and they were pretty decent.
Fitted some TA Technix coilovers to my current Mk4 Astra and they were removed the next day.
The shockies that come with cheap coilovers are wank.

Had some ya technix jobbies on my passat and was a nice ride. Even when i ran it really low.
Didn't have them on long enough to comment on the shocks.

think il just stick with my springs then? il just find some 50mm ones sounds like its gona be easier to do...

Iv got jamex coilovers all round on mine, personally i think there great for the money!
Can't argue with £180 really
