you only need one on the back and theres already one there????

Yeah i fitted a new rear bumper and wanted something a bit smaller than the standard light.

You could try using those LED bolt lights, but dunno if they'd light it up sufficiently to pass the MOT.

Yeup you need a bulb. On ma nova the bulb stopped working for my M.O.T he was going to fail it so i kick the bumber and it worked.
