Can anyone recommend any courses or things to do to improve skills on the above.

I am for the next few months working in a place where i will have a lot of spare time, and have wanted to learn this for a while, did it at school and college but very basic stuff.

I want to be able to build and maintain a website for my uncles business and also do a couple of other friends businesses.
