So they say
My car passed an MOT with HID's no problem a few months ago, been pulled before for accusations of drink driving, mentioned about my 3/4 plate but nothing about headlights
Until I get stopped and told their illegal or something else happens then im not worried about having them

Id stick with that too, belive it when you hear it properly, some standard cars come without projectors/washers.

Already are illegal. HID's must be fitted with headlight washers, and auto leveling things.
