it's gearbox m8, going to send it to the scrapyard in the sky. shame really, 63k miles and no rusty arches.

Would it not be worthwhile getting the gearbox fixed and selling it on? Scrapping it is a bit silly

no m8, needs waterpump and clutch release bearing and a service, only worth about 800 quid fixed, about 700 in bits.

You could do the clutch while the box is off.

Service isn't expensive.

Waterpump is a bigger concern.

water pump can be done without removing the belt
