I wonder if anyone else is on MyFitnessPal? Anyway I signed up to the iPhone app about a month ago.
Now, I go over on my sugar levels, every single day but I don't know what else I could change!? I only ever drink sugar free drinks, apart from I have one sugar in a cup or tea, once or twice a day. I never eat sweets or chocolate. I have one piece of fruit a day...
Is this the same for most people? Just wondering how the hell it's possible to stay under!

Is there any reason other than an anal app why you would want to?
Going by what youre saying you barely consume any sugar.

the fruit will be high in sugar but its not considered quite the same as cane sugar so its not bad for you going over

It's possible...
A few years back I was on 3 sugars per cup of tea! Then I got it down to 2, and now 1.
But without any sugar in at all it just tastes disgusting to me.

You seem to be awful uptight over a phone app
Keep putting sugar in your tea and delete the fucking thing, job done.

Bit strange obsewsing over a mobile.application.
As said fruit has loads of.natural sugars in. As long as you are healthy and of normal weight, why does.it matter?
