Can't advise you about the fit of the custom tray but I got a gumshield from my dentist, fits exactly over my teeth, and he put me using the 16% gel and it worked amazingly well. Whenever I need to top up, which isnt often as it lasts ages i just buy a batch off the polanite website. One or two nites and your back to bright white again. Your teeth will get sensitive while using it but once stoppedthe sensitivity will fade away after two or three days. I would advise going to the dentist first though.
