I have loads of parts like headlining, arch liners, etc which are non-metals which I need to get rid of.

I rang a local scrap yard and they said they won't take any non-metals, local tips/recycling centres are run by Veolia so they won't accept any bits now.

So I'm stuck on where they can go

Our council collects old white goods and sofas ect... Gove them a call they should tell you. what can be done.....

Or just find a empty skip

At our council there is a Recycling centre and a section for household rubbish. Throw it in a black bag and throw it on the pile. If no centres just find a skip somewhere or a bit in your wheely bin at a time

Mines meant to be shutting too. These council folk ain't the smartest. Especially when they complain at how expensive it is to clear away fly tipping. So let's entice it and close the tip :s because that's not a false economy or anything
