I used em at college and Uni doin graphics and they were never reliable. Only time i used a reliable one was at a sign and display company i worked for that spent shitloads of cash on the computer system.

You could put a 1,500bhp engine in a Robin Reliant, that doesn't make it drive-able!

Likewise with computers, it might be the most powerful CPU, but it's still in a Mac!

I dont think so, The software is 10 times easier to use. Even Microsoft office on the mac is better than the pc version and microsoft admit that.

Love macs I used to do IT support on them a while back and they are 10 times better and more reliable than a PC

Both have their own advantages.

PC's are better for home use, net, networking etc
Macs are deffo better for design.

OSX is good for networking too, you can net them with pcs, unix, linux machines. At home i have my mac and my dads pc but i can access his comp but he cant access mine

If ya want a cheap home computer then ok a pc will do the job at the right price, but expect repair bills. macs may cost more but you dont have to repair them nowadays with OSX.

Prop cause you have not set it up to be able to access it, you could set your dads pc up so that you cant see it as well
