lovley cars had mine nealry two years never missed a beat! beat few xe corsas! and mines standard'ish

gsi's... can get them running silly BHP though if you are not shy with spending cash on your motor, you are best of having a test drive of one to compare it to corsa though

Only had a go against 1 in my old XE Corsa up at Crail.

Was ahead by about 2-3 car lengths up until about 80mph, then he reeled me in and passed me just before the finish line.

Don't know its state of tune but it wasn't standard.

Just got one. Thought i'd give it a go. So far so good. I have VXR turbo, Frontmount, Map, CDTi airbox etc. Love it. Just need to get it lowered & also need a new map after fitting the intercooler.

I think you'll get bored of one mate unless it's running stage 1/2... most people's comments have been that they don't handle very well and are dull to drive (quite the opposite of your slammed / caged xe corsa ) Just put a c20let in the corsa then you've got BOOOST as well as good handling

Very nice comfy car, with phase 1 chip they're pretty good. Get one! Dale said about at trax.

Insurance ain't bad on them either, better than most car with the pace.

I had phase 1, with a cat back, Eibach springs and a rear ARB.

I'd have another TBH.

One of these threads every bloody week now.

I'll reply with my usual comment of boring as hell and shit on petrol. Yes I did own one before anyone asks.

they're dull and boring standard.

but a few mod's handling and engine, they're pretty good then.
couple of mates have got them 280hp and 308hp. not shy at all
