As im sure you all know the PM is cutting down the army to save money.

So why the fuck do i keep seeing army recruiting adverts on tv? Surly it would be cheaper to use the soldiers we have, instead of making them redundant and training new recruits up?

if it's TA, then that's their plan. Drop the full time, fill it up with part time
