Go to tinypic.com and uplaod your pic, resizing if you need to. Then just copy/past the [img] code

On the site mate all you do is upload the pic then at the end it gives you the option to copy the [IMG] code, it already has the tags on it. Just copy it and paste it in here. Don't add any extra tags.

Yeah, you can resize them beforehand.
