Where is the best place to put my in-line fuse holder. I've heard it is best to put it as close to the battery as poss? i was thinkin of puttin it in the boot next to me amp cos it looks sweet.
Any ideas?? Thanks

no i think u r supposed to put em in the engine bay b4 the bulkhead near to the battery??

Put it as near to the battery as possible... the reason for this is any surge from the battery is not dissapated by the resistant of the power wire and the fuse will blow before it has a chance to get to the amp. having the fuse near the amp will allow a surge to get through without blowing the fuse first...

no,
the fuse should be well outside the cabin area.
must be in the engine bay, outside of the firewall.
having it inside the cabin defies the point of having a fuse in the first place.
that inline fuse is to prevent any surge + shorting out in the car which may cause a fire.
