You can show light to the side, usually amber and there are probably some requirements to space it properly, but that might be OK. Although probably a bit low.

lol, reminds me when i had my scooter and i put lights on the wheels so they made a ring light.

Looks cool i thnik but dont really get how he has done it, looks like the disc is a light
