hi ive a 1.2 8v corsa b
and today have fitted rear lowering springs what i was given by a friend but the passenger side rear is sitting a inch inch and half lower than drivers side ? any one kno why this could be ? ive double checked that ive fitted them correctly there all in the mounts right any ideas ?
mean while ive been looking on ebay at buying a set of springs but all the ones i can find are for 1.2 16v is there any diffrnce in springs from 1.2 16v and 1.2 8v ect

Might just need time to settle and corsa b springs are the same

i thought that to start ive driven it dround block bonced on it everythink lol you think just leave for while se if settles then ? and cheers mate

by an inch an half lower, do you mean the arch or the sill. the arch may not be sitting right. i have this problem on mine but the sills and everything measure the same on both sides

the arch i measured the hub to the arch ? ive noticed aswell the old springs what ive took of one is bigger has more coils is this right ?

both rear springs should be the same

Was it parked on level ground when you measured it? Got a sub in the boot?

if it sat level with the old springs in and one is bigger than the other then something might be wrong m8, could be as simple as one of the springs is broken or worst case axle is fucked or chassis is twisted.

If its had different springs in it before they could have twisted the rear beam leaving it stitting wonkey on new springs
