I'm about 10% in and its just madness, everything is just so over the top. The missions all seem to have a wtf moment and I love the awesome button (you do take down moves and jump into a car via the windshield). If you liked the first two or thought gta iv was too serious give this a go but the downsides are theres no multiplayer, the story is really short and the map is pretty small, I mean its well detailed and lively but get in a jet and you can circle the map in a minute. Id still give it a 7.5/10 but Iv had it for 2 weeks and played 4 hours then back to skyrim, maybe if there wasn't so many good games out it would get more of a chance.

I've not played the 1st, only got the 2nd and enjoyed it but wish they did a free roam mode like in GTAIV

co-op isn't real multiplayer and fucking boring, imo.

I loved free roam in GTAIV, that was mental! I used to stay up until the early hours playing free roam.

IGN says it has online versus and co-op multiplayer. Reecemac has had it 2 weeks before release so its probably some un-finished pikey knock off version.

I will probably give it a go in a few weeks regardless.

The Co-op is free roam isn't it? You can join each other's games and do anything you want, if you choose to do co-op missions you can.

There's only 2 of you. I used to love the randomness of all the total strangers on GTAIV and pissing people off with a sniper rifle and then hiding in the subway when they wanted revenge

I've played a little more and decided that the game is a mess. I don't know what the hell is going on with the story.

Saints Row 2 was a mess too, but a polished mess.
