Bearing this in mind acutally, i bought a Corsa 1.6 Sport with air con in 2007, it was a 1999 and had 36k on the clock, FSH, full mot and 6 month tax, i paid £1750. So thats 4 years ago, yet this clown wants £3500 for one with triple the mileage

he came to get it and i was expecting the usual "will you take 300"

Look at this one, full service history and 25,000 miles, but it's over £1,500 cheaper.. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2000-W-VAUXHALL-CORSA-1-4-16V-SPORT-BEST-AVAILABLE-/380381215374?pt=Automobiles_UK&hash=item58907cba8e

That D sounds a bargain!
The poor old fella obviously didn't check his parkers price guide before advertising it haha.
Like jed said miles doesn't matter to much as long as its been looked after, my dads just got rid of an 08 a4 with 150k on it, absolute mint inside and out, nout wrong with the engine or clutch because it was serviced by Audi when it needed to be an had everything it needed maintenance wise

'Ideal for a collector'. Presume he means scrap collector then as that thing will have rotted inside out and upside down before anyone buys it at that price.
