Although I reckon a Mini JCW with decent brakes and seats is better but they are just too expensive for what they are and they don't have any boot what so ever so thats their downfall.

Price and boot size is the only thing I can fault with the Mini! They come with Brembo 4 pots as standard. Seats are decent too I think? Not buckets like the in the Corsa but still hold you well enough for a road car.

I'm waiting for EVO's review before I blindly copy it verbatim on the internet.

Sorry, I mean form my own opinion of it and not just kid on I'm an expert because I buy a magazine every month.

Everyone is essentially either overly praising this, or rubbishing it. When nobody has driven it, nor has it been reviewed by Evo or Diesel rep mobile magazine.

So its all just bollocks really

ojc has a point. The understeering Astra vxr everyone refers to that appeared on top gear actually had an sri set up. I love the handling on my vxr and it is standard.

I cant wait to see the new astra in showrooms but I love my current astra and think it is stunning compared to the new one, also hope it doesnt come with the shed of sh!te m32 gearbox, mine is made of marshmallow

Did it though? Or is that just hearsay too?

Also, that means the SRi must handle like a bag of poo?

there was a thread regarding it on vxronline. I can safely say the only way I can get my car to understeer like they did on topgear is if it was raining heavily and I decided to enter a roundabout at 50mph lol
