Ive just asked the guy who owns it and he has been doing some research on it and your right it wont last long so is going for just shy of 600 now

@duramaxjad4 The Lug Nuts on these rigs require more torque&#65279; than ricers make.

What model is it? Version 1 or 2? what HP is it as standard?

We usually say no more than 40-50hp increase, and see how it performs. Usually anything over this starts knocking turbos out every few months.

(Im a Volvo Master technician, and now working for a company who runs all volvos and chips other vehicle)

its 500 he said they are aiming for 585 it was a tractor unit originally we have cut it in half and then extended it by 8ft and fitted a crane and lift i will get some pics of it tomorrow

Being a 500, id assume its a 13 litre FH not FH12?

If its an older model FH12, it may have a turbo compound unit and id highly advise against chipping that up
