I bought a large job lot of R/C plane bits on eBay last night and this was a little hidden treasure that brought back some memories of my childhood.



I dug out the tamiya charging lead for my charger, gave it a fast charge and had a drive around the house....


.....What a piece of crap they actually were lol

I bought a midnight pumpkin earlier this year but snapped a shock and can't find replacements!

They aren't as much fun as I recall them being as a child!

Yup got one of them up in the loft somewere. Now 10 or so years down the road I've got a nitro HPI Savage.

Just had a play in the carpark at work.. A load of 30 something blokes playing with a toy car was a bit sad

Yeah can get away with it being in my early 20s. Me and a mate managed to take over a skatepark in Caversham once and were launching the cars off the big quarter pipe. The things never looked as cool as it did 20 feet off the ground
