Can I ask why you need to know?
Its not easy to tell between the later Elec driven F13/F15 due to no proper markings.

Difference between cable and electronic should be easy based on the presence of either a mechanical or electrical connector.
There are five different types of F13 and three different final ratios, need to know what it came from.

If its still got the drive in it, Its down the back on the diff, If theres a 3 pin plug, If not, Its missing or mechanical.

The gearbox on my x16xe was the same as yours mate. You need one of these to convert it to electronic -

I need to get my arse in gear fit mine so I can finally have a working speedo.
