What does this mean? Godaddy want £13 to 'backorder'...

It expires in a couple of months but looks like it been going over 10 years so can't imagine they'll let it expire?

Just means they'll try and get it as soon as it expires.
If it expires though it'll probably go to an auction as the registrars are normally a bit sneaky.

Yeah I read they tend to auction them on another site (which they own) in an attempt to get more money for it.
Not sure if its worth backordering.

If they can guarantee it and you really want it then sounds ok i guess.
I would rather lose by a mile because i built my own car, than win by an inch because someone else built it for me.
