Hi, I have a corsa b with a c20let and f28, its been stripped out and caged for track day use.

Ive got a set of AVO coilovers for it but just need advice on front spring rates and lengths if anyone can help ?

Ive heard 300lbs is a start ?

if its a standard let i.e standard turbo and inlet etc i'd go for 300lb springs in a 7" length and there 2 1/4" id, but if its a big turbo/manifold etc (extra weight) i'd look more towards 320lbs, i personally run 350lb springs at the front on Avo gtz700/702
