how much??? i pay ~£1/day for a 1 car garage with the council, £93/quater leaves me account and it is well maintained, door painted for me, in an area which has to be kept clear and relatively clean.....although it is smaller than the ones discussed above, still i am surprised how much you lot are paying!

Well there leccy and water in that on but the water you have to pay for , going to view it on Monday and hopefully get it ASAP and got a ramp sorted

i pay £10 a wk for my garage, its in my street though but its literally only just big enough for my corsa and for you to open the one door to get out, does wat i need it for though, keeps her safe and dry.
obviously it all goes on what you want and need it for as it if its worth it or not!

May as well still try and haggle, worst case is you still pay £65 for it. Best case, you could have it even cheaper. You've nothing to lose really.

you loty are lucky the units round my are a all big so ya end up paying loads for example its £3 per ft and the sizes round hear are like 2780ft so ya looking at about £8340 lol the cheapest iv found is like £300 a week but is still quite big and includes bills

peterlee mate there is a quite a few in bracken hill industrial estate theres a few in seaham new builds i reckon about 5 car units or so some in durham and i acctualy thing there is some up your way
