I want to make my track car a bit stiffer than a standard shell, but because its done on a tight budget I can't afford a cage.

I was thinking of welding in a rear brace between the turrets then stitch weld the engine bay when engine comes out but not sure what to do after that?

Is there any point in stitch welding the seams inside the car? Ideally I would like to do the ones under the car (chassis legs) but I don't have the equipment for that.
