is it quicker to remove the whole window mechanism or just wrestle it in and out ?

wrestled it out and think it will be a struggle to fit my one in once removed for the old door,

any done it tips ect?

You can move the runner out the way of the lock if the window is closed.

As ian said, its only one bolt 10mm IIRC

lower right had side?

i took a bolt of of the runner on the right last time didnt really free up much space
