Was like total recall lol

Actually saw something worse on bizarre ER.
Bloke had a nose bleed for days and just put a bandage over it. Went hospital and they got a blood clot out of his nose that was about 17metres long
I might have exaggerated a bit

That is the build up of mucous on a plastic splint after the repair of a deviated septum. Surprised that there wasn't more blood on it.

i remember when i was younger and had a nosebleed and i pulled out one of them stringy bogeys ben and because it was covered in blood i was convinced i had pulled a vein out my nose and had one of them hysterical moments where you think your dying

That's how mine is, one side is always really blocked because its hard to blow due to the hole being narrow.
Can fix with an op but that's very painful
