i think its more the fact that if you have a tracker and the car is found you can stop a claim and stop ya preimium going up if you have 9 years no claims and your car is stolen not recovered then your no claims is reduced to 3 years so an increas in premium due to loss of NCD and then a claim

with a tracker there is more chance of the car being found and a claim stopping so its all down to personal opinion

They wouldn't take 6 years off if your no claims are protected, I wouldn't want my car back after it had been stolen, I'd rather a nice fresh one instead.

you know for yourself how many of the corrados for sale are toilet, if you wanted to replace a minter with something similar it would be hard, i only know of a few i'd want to swap for

thats if they are protected some companys will not allow you to protect them seen it loads of times when i worked for insurance mate

I've never seen a company that won't let you protect 5 years + no claims and I've had a few quotes over the years.

different rules apply to different insurances companys for example most let you protect 4 years + but some insurance like M&S refuse some people depending on surcamstance and risk in the area mate

You as good as can't steal a modern car without the key now. I don't think you're Skoda is going to be lifted away on a flatbed.

how the hell do u steal a car without the keys, there imobilised to fuk, if u can have a modern car away in a couple of minutes without the keys u must be a right cleaver cunt. and shouldnt be nicking cars u should have a electronics job of some sort.
