i bought a corsa b 1.6 16v today it has a vx powerbox and the problem is the accelerator is very low.
how do i adjust this? thanks

The cable is adjustable, you'll see it on the side of the power box with a locking clip that slides on to hold it in position.

Ok thanks. Will do it tomorow. Thought it was a 16v as my nans is the same.
Had a look now metal clip is missing. Adjusted it and pedal is loads better and i dont think i was getting full throttle before due to the pedal hitting the floor. Thanks.

The cable seems very slack, the pedal is at the right height but when you press the pedal it travels about halfway before anything happens.
How do i tighten the cable?

Pull the retaining clip off, pull the cable until taught, secure with retaining clip.
