It's horrid stuff. Did it in my xe, weighed a fair bit. Do it if its a track car.
Don't bother if its your daily car though, as a straight through exhaust sounds a lot worse with no seats or deadening!

Well its not my daily but may see the track at some point just not for the near future... just didnt know weather would be best to do it now and regret it later on

If your painting it then get rid of it as it cracks the paint and looks bad.
If your putting the carpet back in then dont bother mate

As Col said. I'm in the middle of removing it and part of me wishes of never started. But mine isnt going to have carpet or anything and it's getting sprayed so it had to come out really.

It will see the track eventually but what i meant was, its not worthy of a track day just yet because its not worth it, still running a standard xe1 engine and almost standard shell etc
