The guy in the Clio was even kinda gesticulating at the people filming as well, like the Clio guy wasn't doing anything wrong

I can't tell if it's an old grandad who hasn't taken his pills, or if it's some pikey rude boy in a cap

People like this should have their license took off them (so they have to take a retake, an extended one IMO) and banned for a number of years.
