Paying for brand. I have 2 sets, one rose gold, ultra pimp I wore at my wedding, and some mother of pearl and Stirling silver I wear everyday to work.

If you buy from tm Lewin, to measure sleeve, get a shirt off your rack and measure from centre of collar down to the end of the arm. 36.5 is nice fit for me. 6ft, all man.

Cant i go by normal shirt sizes? IE 16.5, which is what fits me perfect. Dont like sleeves rolling up your arms when you stretch out.

16.5 is just collar. You'll want a nice fit in the arm too.

This. A good shirt maker will always offer both collar and sleeve sizes.

wrt cufflinmks - disagree with Balling's comment - its a style thing. i sued to wear them when i wore normal suits and shirts but now i wear slim fit stuff with thinner ties etc., cufflinks would look daft so go for single cuff.

I have a pair of those Paul Smith twisting cuff links. Very nice!

For shirts I like to go with Jeff Banks, Thomas Pink and TM Lewin

Got the TM Lewin deal, never wear them they crease like fuck.

Best shirts I've found are the M&S pure cotton easy iron ones. Fit perfect, collar is buttoned which I prefer and they don't crease. Win.

TM Lewin "fully fitted" shirts for me, bit slimmer than "slim"

Cant say they are any better/worse for creasing than any other shirt tbh

The tm lewin doesnt have that good of a selection of fully fitted shirts. Is there anywhere else that does slimmer than normal slim fit?
