Straw walls are pretty good against fire, the blocks have no air in side so they don't burn.

typical view of cases like this, noise, traffic, litter, smell.

the venue wasnt in operation when they moved in

the straw bale construction was supposed to be built around the perimeter of the stadium to reflect noise but the owners of the stadium built it on the edge of their house to use less bales and make it cheaper.

the thing that broke the case was that they do have permission to use the venue as thats when the permission was granted in 1975. the minute one of their events or engines are started up after the stated planning permission will result in the couple taking action
