the fuse for my wipers keeps blowing, i got told to replace the motor so did so and it still blows them. soon as i put the fuse in it sparks

check your wiring mate, something is arcing out or getting damp etc

Yeah check the wiring, there must be a short somewhere causing the fuse to blow, just trace it back from the wiper motor as far as you can.
