Depend son lifestyle... usually look at it an come up with sommet.... e.g. diet an stuff... Also cardiovascular excercise like a wee run in the morning an stuff can help.

But certainly Beta Blockers in the care of hypertension etc. will lower blood pressure n stressy levels n stuff...

Me mam has got it you just need some sort of tablets....

Yeah stress does cause it and also if ure dieting sorta wierd or summat

Yer beta blockers break up the blood platelets reducing the blood pressure Wolferine thins the blood so this too can help

thats me with high pressure then,dont eat alot of rite stuff,my ex girl friend now preggaz and not talkin to me,work is too much at mo,most of time skint. passed out at one point been v tired. this mean bout to kick the brown bucket???? bring it on!!!!!

Me dads on both just had a heart attack but he aint got high blood pressure till it actually happened then his blood pressure shot up..its perfick now tho

was in hospital cos she was really dizzy and sick
