Customer supplied everything this time, which didnt work in his favour tbh, lots of parts missing

I think it cost him 5k all in total

I do Drive in Drive out conversions starting from £2995... all Parts Supplied

Its the first on Ive done, Started Tuesday - I had thursday off as done my race licence and friday i finished the 1.8T as we were waiting for the ECU to turn up. finished saturday

so 3.5 days, including working out the wiring and going to the breakers to get parts

Hats off.

Thinking of buying a cheap Astra coupe turbo and looking for a cheap C to turf the engine into.

Just the same principal as wiring an XE ? or easier?

I thought you just had to remap the 1.2 ecu and it was almost plug and play?
Looks good though apart from the blue exterior bits, bet that exhaust is loud as fook too

Yep, but Adam the owner of the car bought my ecu as it had been mapped to 292bhp so was cheaper than a remap would have cost

I am a mechanic anyway so the phsyical work of it is no real issue.

Just picked up of late that the wiring was more simple than made out to be.

Only took about 2hours to work it all out for me,

no idea how the coolant temp works though as couldnt find the wire on the 1.2 loom, but it works!
