Well I heard about this through a mate, has Ben lying in his mates farm for 4 years, went to have a look at it last night and towed it home with me after giving him next to nothing for it.
It's a 92 k reg 1.9 gti, gti6 engine conversion, gti6 brakes, avo coilovers and some more stuff I've forgot to mention. Needs a good wash and polish, plus the bonnet re lacquered. Stuck a battery in it last night, and after 4 years of not being started it went first turn! Result 
I've also got another one I bought in November. It's a Miami blue, one of only 250 1.9's that came with full leather from the factory. It's currently at my work with no engine, undergoing a 2.0 8v turbo conversion from a 406 Sri

Looks good that ! Couple of freinds have them . Ones a GTi6 like yours and ones got an Mi16 lump in ! My freinds dad also has a 2.0 turbo automatic lol . Great little cars

The gti6 one has no mot so I've no had a shot of it yet 
And the wiring is in need of a really good tidy up
I'm hoping to hear back from another boy about a laser green one which is quite rare needing an engine. If its the right price I'll hopefully buy it too

Sounds like your mad for 205's ! My freinds gti6 is so quick , however the Mi16 seems much more brutal on accelaration tho .

It was from back in the day when I was 14/15 and my older mates were into them, had plenty of 1.6/9s, mi16, mi16 turbos and 2.0 8v turbo in topaz blue (I want one in this colour but can't find one) that got me into them. Wish I bought one ages ago tbh

Looks epic ! Bet the Mi Turbo was quick too ? Another mates got a Rolland garros 1.4 8v that hes completely restored the whole car , not a spot of rust on it . And he rebuilt the engine and is now running twin 40 webbers and even thats quick !

Mi turbo was a weapon. 352 brake, data pro management ect.

Yh the garros is awesome , virtually a brand new engine lol . He wants to Mi Turbo or Supercharge or Gti6 Supercharge !
The garros has actually come along way since that photo , its now all up and running and ready for the road , jus needs a good respray first tho

Yeah it was green in the film. Underwent a full respray, can still see traces of the green paint inside. The plate on the car in the film was changed to A309DTM iirc
