Went for a ride yesterday everything was fine running ok, when i was out i cut the bike out for 5-10 minutes messing with my mates bike then when i started back up and set off it was bogging out as soon as you revved.
i can build the revs up all the way slowly but then at full wack it starts revving up and down like a rev limiter

Ive changed the carb, cleaned the plug and then put my mates in and also tried his cdi aswell but still the same
the only other thing I can think of is coil/lead but the is a decent spark there do I don't know

really not sure if this could be related but a friend had a what I believes was a 4stroke pit bike, he had issues similar and it was due to a fuelling pin that was initially dirty but then when we built it back up we placed it in the wrong way round.

Change the plug and look for air leaks.

If plug doesn't do it then start the bike and get it warm. Spray wd40 around the seals and see if the engine note changes.

Need to start with good stuff first though. New fuel. Clean filter and a good plug.

What bike is it btw?
