just got back from seeing it. id give it a very generous 7/10.
the usual, very predictable american storyline. rougue sailor gets with admirals daughter and must prove his worth to marry her. aliens arrive, he masterminds the defence of the whole of the trapped navy. the end.
transformers rip off

this was my worry all the way through but to be a fair, she doesnt play a bad part. shes involved but not really part of the main storyline.
