As above lads getting it out of hub is easy enough can't get it off rack though any help?

IF they're the same as novas they screw on and have tabs flattened in to hold them - it's just a brute force job to twist them and force the tabs back out so they come off.

You'll need two correct size spanners, you'll need to crack outer nut undone. Get spanners on the flats as close together as you so can sqeezes both together with both hands. The nut will undo towards the rack, once it's cracked it should undo by hand.
