Does it become more flexible or bendy and less brittle if you heat it up?

It will crack an split if u heat it up

yes it will become brittle and crack with excessive heat

Depends what it is and if you've used an isopthaylic or orthothaylic resin, whether it's epoxy, vinylester or more than likely polyester and finally the composition of the glass content

Reason I ask is the roof vent is universal and doesn't quite match the contours of the roof, I'm wondering if I tighten the bolts to pull it right is it going to snap or is there some flexibility in fiberglass
