My mates got a manifold to fit a X14XE, will it also fit a C16XE?

What exhaust? But the cat is in a different place on the C16XE. But they will on both sides.

presuming you are on about exhaust manifold, i think the end that attaches to the cat/decat is different pal

The fitting to the cat will be different other than that will fit everywhere else.
