How to remove file limit moving to USB pens?

As above really? Can split it via RAR, but would rather one file, as it's being posted out to a retard who won't know wtf an RAR file is.

Ideally don't want to delete current files / format the USB pen like Google says to... due to it being over 20gb worth, and need to send it off today, so it wouldn't put the files back on in time.

So basically, how can I transfer a 5gb file to usb pen, without formatting it and splitting the file via zipping. There's 10gb of room on the stick btw.

Thanks

As said, I want to avoid formatting it, due to it having the data on there. I can copy it, no probs. Just not got the time to as it's being posted out at 3pm. Whats the transfer rate of a usb drive?

Can you split a usb into partition with FAT32 and NTFS, or is that just being silly...

It can be acquired from various sources and is a very powerful partition tool. Ive used it in the past to repartition memory cards with stuff already on it and its been ok. However, as you want access to both parts I'm not sure weather both parts would be accessible. I put a FAT32 partition and a boot partition on the one I used. Try it on an unimportant memory stick first if you can!
