Don't that have slightly different arches to fit into the bumper or is that only on the side of where the side skirts go?

Arches are only different where they meet the skirts. Only other thing is there's only fog light wiring on GSis. You'll have to do it yourself if you want them to work.

as far as i know the rear arches are different to fit the sideskirts but i think the front is the same

no all 4 arches are smaller or you can just cut them down to fit

Sideskirts and arches have nothing to do with bumper though...
Bumper is a straight swap, no need to change anything.

If you are fitting JUST the bumper it's a straight swap
