Found it on my travels today, seems like a pretty damn good deal for Free and handy to use as a backup to your primary Usenet provider. Their paid deal doesn't seem too bad either but haven't really looked at it properly.

I have these as my backup server, haven't got the main PC that downloads turned on yet but been meaning to check how much bandwidth it's actually used.

How many connections are you attempting? It should only be 2 on their free service.

What's the reason youd need to have this set as a "backup" for a paid provider?
Also what's the retention like with xsusenet?
Are they a well established and trustworthy source also?

As it's described really, if for some reason your main provider has an incomplete, missing or damaged file that can't be repaired, it'll try on the backup server instead.

They have ~1300 days like most decent providers and yes they are.

Got them mixed up with someone else, can't remember their name now though.
