currently on my night shift writing this, just make sure you sleep and the pattern falls into place fairly quick. i prefer nights to days is a nice feeling coming home and getting into bed whilst everyone is getting up for work

I did nights for a while in hotels.

Blackout cartains are a must for sleeping in the day, and you do need to take them seriously and get plenty of sleep in daytime.

Been doing nights for at least 6 years now. 12 hours + shifts for 4/5 days a week.

I either go to bed late on sunday or get up early monday go for a run then back into bed before i start.

When it comes to the weekend i'll either stay up all day or just sleep for a few hours and that gets me sorted fpr being awake in the day
