Although I cant seem to follow my own advice. I appreciate a good pint of ale too much to switch to spirits. Hence the beer gut is forming after quitting smoking.

Never going to happen if you are always out on the lash

Used to make me laugh when i went to the gym with my mate, he went as many times as me and had a decent-ish diet but couldnt understand why he had a massive beer belly and i didnt. He had a few beers nearly every night and went mental at weekends Told him if he wanted rid he would have to cut down on the beer. "Nah cant do that mate"...Well then

Sounds like me - my arms are getting slightly bigger/more shaped, and so was my back/shoulders yet when i turn around i have a perfectly round beer belly I gave up drinking for a month and noticed a massive difference really started to loose it and fit in with the rest of my body. Gone back to my old ways and it just looks odd having slim legs/arms yet having a chubby face and pregnant belly

Just do shots of whatever? That's what the 'celebs' seem to do.

Salt, pepper, worcester sauce, lemon juice, tobasco sauce, tomato juice and vodka. If you put enough vodka you won't need many
