Hi all, I have recently bought this rather nice Astral black sports grill for my Lexus IS300 and was wondering if you had any opinions on getting the mirrors also painted in the same colour?

I can get them painted by a bodyshop for £50 (with the rear lip spoiler to match) but what do you think?

Leave as blue or paint metallic black? Reckon I have a go myself? The spray is around £6 a can......

Pic isn't working for me?

For £50 I'd pay a shop, but you can still get good results yourself, just need to take your time and prep them properly I guess.

I would keep the mirrors colour coded to the car tbh.

Wouldnt look right IMO. Ive seen a Green IS200 with a black roof and black mirrors, and it didn't look right because, like the blue, the green is quite dark to start with.

I have a black grill on my IS200.

Only thing I don't like about the 'Sport' grill is the mesh doesnt match the bottom grill

I think they look better when they match

Yeah its mine, Bonney posted a pic up so I though I would.

Its only the IS200, so it won't have the power of the IS300 - i believe there is a big difference between the 2?
