10,000 a year is nothing though. I averaged about 20-25,000 when I used to run around in my corsa.
Now I probably average about 12-15,000.

as far as I was aware a car can only be used as a taxi for a few years. Wonder how he's still using it now

depends on where you are, around liverpool/mersyside area you cant put anything on the road as a taxi over 8 years old, but once its got a taxi plate, as long as you renew it on time it can be as old as you want
And can stay a taxi for aslong as you want, just after it gets over 8 years old, it needs a different more thourough test every year

theres a guy somewhere in a honda civic that did 1 million miles, honda gave him a spanking new civic for it. Haha
