so this weight loss thing I'm doing is still going ok. 18 stone start of feb, tonight i weighed 13 stone 6 pounds, so just under 13.5 stone. doing well.

thing is, worried that while losing all this weight will end up with loads of saggy shit skin. what exercise types can i do to try and stop that happening?

crunches and sit ups are all I know.

thanks in advance

dont mean to be rude but if your skin is stretched or you lose that much weight no amount if excercise will get rid of it.

if its really really bad or it makes your that self concious you may have to consider surgery
